Decisions adopted by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority

Bucharest, 31 October 2023 – At today's meeting, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) adopted measures on the functioning of the supervised non-bank financial markets - insurance, capital market and private pensions, as follows:

A)  Regulation

Draft Rule on compulsory insurance of dwellings against earthquakes, landslides and floods (the draft will be published on www.asfromania.ro for public consultation for 10 days).

B) Authorisation

Approval of the application for authorisation of Mrs. Alexandra-Andreea Bălan-Marinescu as member of the executive management, Deputy General Manager, substitute of the General Manager of Allianz-Țiriac Pensii Private Societate de Administrare a Fondurilor de Pensii Private S.A.;

Approval of Mr Mihai-Ciprian Osiac as Deputy General Manager of ABC Asigurări Reasigurări S.A.;

Approval of the application of S.A.I. Certinvest S.A. to authorize the change in the organization and functioning of the company as a result of the share capital increase;

Approval of the application of Societate de Administrare a Investițiilor Sira S.A. to authorize the change in the organisation and operation of the company, following the increase in share capital;

Approval of the application Societate de Administrare a Investițiilor Sira S.A. to withdraw the operating authorisations of the Alternative Investment Fund Omnitrend and the Alternative Investment Fund Omnihedge and to remove them from the ASF Public Register;

Approval of the application of Nova Vision Investments Afia S.A. for the authorisation of amendments to the Rules of the Alternative Investment Fund Nova Protect Fond;

Approval of the new indirect significant shareholder of Safety Broker de Asigurare S.A.;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment to the Management Contract for the Voluntary Pension Fund NN Activ, managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of the application for prior approval of the amendment of the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund NN Activ, managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of the application for approval of the amendment to the Management Contract for the Voluntary Pension Fund NN Optim, managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.;

Approval of the application for prior approval of the amendment to the Prospectus of the voluntary pension scheme for the Voluntary Pension Fund NN Optim, managed by NN Asigurări de Viață S.A.
